Honestly I don't know I've never been to a game with more than 65 people but I really enjoy playing in those.

I'm a bit fan of the smaller organized games... I still haven't played in a large scale game that I've thought was more fun than our smaller ones like last weekend.  Of course you also have the added benefit of quitting anytime during a small game if it is not working and changing things up.
