here is a good read on the U.S. Navy SEALS
and some info i pulled from there
SEALS gear
seal tactical gear part 1 seal tactical gear part 2 seal tactical gear part 3
Guns
M4A1 Carbine Navy SEALs can use the M4A1 in combination with a number of tools that can gear this weapon up for a high level of efficiency MP5 The Navy SEALs use the MP5 most during missions which involve hostage rescue, anti-terrorism strikes, and close quarters combat situations. This is because the submachine gun is easy to conceal because of its compact design and yet it still is very hard-hitting. M14 The SEALs keep the M14 around because of their high accuracy and strong firepower, even though they are not the best weapons for close-quarter combat. When used at longer distances, however, this rifle can be a very powerful ally. MK11 This is a highly accurate gun which performs like the M4A1 or M16 rifles, except that it will deliver its ammunition to ranges of 1,500 yards, much farther than the other guns can be considered reliable for. The MK11 consists of the rifle itself, 20 magazines, QD scope rings and sound suppressors, the Leupold Vari-X Mil-Dot riflescope, and the Harris swivel-base bipod.

That's a bunch of filthy lies and you know it! Everybody knows that seals only use knives, and only if the odds are over 1000 to one, otherwise they just use their hands or maybe a piece of floss. Those seals that took out the Somalian pirates on rough seas from one boat to another through a window: Mind Bullets. One more thing, how can a seal use a gun? They got flipper hands!
