Are you saying that when you charge your battery fully, and you plug it to the gun , that you only get a few shots before it starts Clicking like a dead battery?

What is the BB doing after you adjust the hop up?  The Screw on the adjust wheel may need to just be tightened up.

no, i have a full battery plugged in, and it fires normally. then it will just stop. with no clicking at all. if i leave it sitting there for about 5 minutes, it will work again. its not the battery, ive tried my other one too.

as for the hopup, all the shots curve straight down. except for a few that curve up. most are curving right too. hopup nub is pushing the bucking down. i can look down the barrel and see that it is. so its not that.

I just can't think of ONE situation causing both problems.  I say.... 1. "good" batteries or not, you're not getting enough juice to the motor, or have faulty wiring.   2.  Ripped hopup bucking.

That's just what it sounds like by the description.

Sounds like your connectors on your Motor are not making contact.  May have to take them off and the synch them down to make them grip better.

As for the hop up, You either have trash in the Hop up/barrel or the bucking is torn a little.

but if it has faulty wiring, then why does it start firing again after 5 minutes?

the barrel is clean. no trash at all. as for the hopup, ill check it when i get home.

Sounds like chipped jnsulation on your wiring or a corroded switch, as for the hopup problem it could be a torn bucking lack of lube or overlubing, especialy if youve put regular gun lube on it instead of airsoft 100% silicone lube.. or a twisted bucking or a jammed nub..

i havent put anything on it, as far as lube goes.

one the wires may have been chipped when the gearbox was put back together.

No none of the wires were chipped.  I bet money its the connectors to the motor is all. Easy fix.

my suggestion once youf igure out the hopup issue, is get a known working battery (other than the one you have) and try that.

here's why. my lipo (no comment needed Bigjohn lol). seemed to be charging fine. however it was in actually toast. my gun would fire fine, then the anti reverse lock would kick in. Dr. Dagger checked the battery and it ended up being dead.
