Personal Security Detail DShK Team Sniper
Specialized Positions Qualifications[/b]
Bell 204 Helicopter Crewmember
Must be an experienced airsoft player, with preferably 1-2 years of playing experience under his belt. This is to better reflect the high amount of training of such a helicopter crewmember, and also to help ensure the crew's survivability in the time between play beginning and the arrival of MSO reinforcements in the area. The team of 3-4 helicopter crewmembers will be expected to carry/drag the wounded helicopter pilots into a nearby building or shelter and defend this location from FARC forces until the arrival of MSO reinforcements (up to 15 minutes). [Four (4) Slots Available]
Radio Telephone Operator (RTO):
Must maintain a minimum of two (2) radios operational at all times during game-time (this includes having backup batteries available). This position will function very closely with the team and section leaders, providing needed communication between elements, while also engaging enemy forces. [Four (4) Slots Available]
Engineer/Mechanic:
Must maintain a minimum of two real-to-life tools at all times during game-time. These tools may be a screwdriver, hammer, wrench, pliers, etc. No bladed tools. The Engineers/Mechanics will be responsible to “fixing” disabled vehicles during the convoy operation, which will include blowing up replacement balloons and replacing them on the vehicles. [Four (2) Slots Available]
Crew-served Weapons Team (CWT):
Must maintain some type of recognized squad automatic or heavy weapon (read: M249, M240, RPK, etc.) at all times during game-time. A minimum of two personnel must be on the CWT, and these two personnel must not separate at any time during gameplay in order to flank or perform some other sort of tactical maneuver. [Four (4) Slots Available; Two Gunners, Two Assistant Gunners]
Personal Security Detail (PSD):
Serves as the FARC Team Leader’s private, personally commanded squad. Must remain within close proximity to Team Leader at all times during gameplay. The PSD is directly responsible for the protection of the FARC Team Leader. [Four (4) Slots Available]
DShK Team:
Must maintain some type of weapon with a high rate of fire (either a recognized squad automatic or heavy weapon, or a standard weapon with a higher-than-standard (9.4v+) battery). Serves as the lone crew embedded within the city at the beginning of gameplay, manning the heavy weapon responsible for the downed aircraft. Personnel cannot leave the hut in which the weapon is emplaced until killed during gameplay. [Two (2) Slots Available]
Sniper:
Must maintain some type of game-recognized sniper (semi-automatic or bolt-action) weapon (see MED/Chrono policy for further details). Serves as the potential “eyes and ears” of the FARC Team Leader. May be sent around engagement lines in order to kill targets of opportunity and observe enemy movements. Must maintain the ability to refrain from engaging the enemy until given clearance from the Team Leader. [Two (2) Slots Available)
Notes: These “Specialized Positions” are available on a “first come, first served” basis. If you wish to acquire one of these positions, please let a member of Bumrush Tactical know (via PM) of your intentions. However, if you volunteer yourself for one of these positions, please adhere to the qualifications for that position. Moreover, just because a position has been filled does not negate you from participation. For instance, perhaps you were wishing to be a sniper on the FARC side of the game, maybe because the only weapon you actually have to play with is a sniper rifle of sorts. However, both positions have already been filled. You may still play as a sniper; you will simply be expected to work as part of the FARC team as a whole and not act as “lone scouts” in the battlefield like the SP of Sniper. This principle also applies to the Crew-served Weapons Team SP. One RTO, Engineer, PSD, and DShK slots have been filled, they are closed and may not be acted upon by other players. Any questions regarding the SPs should be directed to members of Bumrush Tactical (specifically Swayzeghost88 [DSA] / Ghost88 [MSA] or sgt [MSA] / ssg [DSA]).
