Hey fellas,

I'm in the market for a run-of-the-mill MOLLE chest rig. Nothing too fancy. I have pouches. Just need a chest rig for these hot days when my full get-up won't cut it. Oh, and I'd prefer no back to it, just the harness straps. Thanks!

do you have a hydration pack? if not, and even tho it has a back. I would suggest a #MHV: Mesh Hydration Vest  I think barricade can get it for around $40. it does not come with a bladder tho.Barricade can get those too.

I had been debating for awhile what vest to get. I like to see before buying. Joker had one and I asked him some questions and ended up getting one. I love it. it has a pouch on the back for a hydro bladder. velcro strips on upper back and front shoulders. and molle all around it.

if youre wanting molle minimalistic, id go with the micro chest rig from condor, and there pretty cheap through legacy, if youre not dead set on kolle, the spec ops chest rig is wonderful, theyre cheap, but good quality and theyre m4/ ak mag compatible, and have room for accessories to boot. Also, i use a camelback chaos outlaw hydration pack with my chest rig, and have never had a problem between tbe two as far as fit and function.

I have the above chest rig, and it works for me when I'm going light. I'd like something fairly similar, just with MOLLE. I need just enough room for an Open Top Triple Stacker magazine pouch set, radio pouch, and dump pouch. That's it. No back to it, just straps. As minimalist as possible. I found the Condor OPS Chest Rig, and it will suit nicely, though there is a MOUT Chest Rig that would be perfect. Just trying to go as minimal and as cheap as possible.
