Ultimate Hop-Up Tracer Unit by Mad-Bull.

Mad-Bulls so called inproved Ultimate Hop-up System is a pice of crap. I heard from store owners this thing was legit but come to find out its far from it.    I went thru so much BS getting this thing installed....i had to trim parts of the Lower just to fit this in place....not only that? but where the tracer unit latches on? metal pegs wer sticking thru where the bb's feed. i had to fial all that down....not only that!? i had to trim with a wire brush where they trimmed out where the end of the barrell inserts into the chamber cause more metal crap was sticking thru....also i had to trim the bucking due to bb's not being able to feed past the 1st part of the barrell.....i am highly Dissapointed of this product.....My M4 Body is Ruined & the hop-up is a pice of crap as well. I have never had such problems with Mad-Bull Products in my 7 years of playing airsoft..I have about 10 buddys who also purchased this unit & they wer highly Dissapointed as well...but for now on it looks like im gonna have to look somewhere else to keep this from happening again.

This is an example of why you always research something before you buy it.  Every single review on Airsoft Gi says that is a pretty decent hop up unit but it will take some skillful modifications to make it fit in most gun bodies including SCAR's, M4's, STAG 16's.  Although it work's great in Madbull's metal bodies and in G&G's metal bodies.

what gun body were you trying to mount this in? Plastic or metal, and what model and brand. Also, keep in mind when upgrading parts, you will sometimes have to modify, whether its a hopup or new piston combo. However, having metal sprue inside is suprising.

The exact mistake i made.. & this is an Echo-1 stag 15 RIS system converted to Vet guards. its there plastic body. i had to do alotof work to get it to work but it works now. Some reviews are good for those with the one pice Hop-up's like so. in the Stag 15 it only had a 2 pice hop-up system so i had to mod the body for it to work.

Echo1 Stag 15 RIS which i transfered to Vet handguards. its there plastic mod 4 so i the bodywork wasnt hard. just the hop-up installing & modding/fialing of the hoipup. There was so much metal ^@*& inside it. one review says on Evike that "Few metal spurs had to be filed down on the inside." Imma admit its a nic Hop-up, But dont try to install this unless you have a system with a 1 pice hop-up system or your gonna have a blast on the install.

Yea installation guides should specify whether the hopup is for plastic or metal rrcievers, ss even the same brand can be very different... but in upgrading there will always be something... its never as easy as it seems...

Thats what fooled me. It will work with 75% of one pice hop-up units but if you anna install this thing into a 2 pice hop-up unit weapon? i say Goodluck cause its a really fun task.

Thats what i had to use. haha one of my friends put this in his Bravo 14 RIS & he used a Soldering cutting tool & a screwdriver lol. a Bravo 14 RIS. I hate him lol.
