new field possibility near mize

A friend of mine is leasing property near mize, and invited me to shoot coyotes sat. Our conversation turned to how awesome the field would be for airsoft to which she replied that if we wanted to host there she would get the nessisary paperwork from the owner. Im currently waiting to hear from her about when we will be able to meet the owner to discuss use, and to get property maps, but at this time the field appears to be

Several hundred acres of pine plantation, hardwood bottom growth, and two vrry cool sites
1 the crater.... this was a waste management facility that has been recovered and is now the shape of a very large crater, with all the associated cliffs etc. It also served as a gravel pit, so there are plenty of interesting formations

2 there is also another smaller pit partialy covered by kudzu on another corner of the propty. It looks cool, and deep.

The entire property has a well established road network, which needs grading but is otherwise fine for 4wd atv and foot traffic. The field is accessable by road on two sides as well as railroad on a third.
there is access to running water and parking on the premisis, and the property is maybe a mile outside mize, where you can find a couple places to eat and a hardware store.

So, what do you guys think? Wanna pursue this like a fat kid after cake or let it go?
