Okay guys, it's finally over. I have come up with an idea that may or may not solve the camo debate. I propose that we try separating teams based on headgear. Check this out: BOONIES VS NON BOONIES!!! Think about it, it's perfect! The boonie hat profile is easily recognizable yet totally stealthy. AND, they are relatively inexpensive. The OPFOR TEAMS can wear anything other than a boonie. With the boonie being the differing factor, anyone can wear ANY camo they choose! It's SO EASY! You either kill the boonies or kill the guys without the boonies! so what do y'all think?

i think boonies vs non works great. most us based teams use boonies, so it would be simple and no one would have to buy extra stuff |

Yeah berets could be used too, but just not mixed with the boonies!! I hope DSA will adopt this idea as a general guidline. It can always be altered but everyone can simply wear WHATEVER camo they want and bring two hats! Ya know, one to cover your bald head, and a boonie in case you need to switch sides...

If this is the way we want to go then its going to have to be our decision to do it as a team, in other words make an announcement to the team that BOA will not be wearing boonie hats because other teams (I kept up with the debate on MSA) are very milsim and want to keep thier boonies and I belive they have every right to.

one other thing i thought about when reading through the debates was that sometimes all you can see is the body of a person in a game. there were a couple times at druglord when all i could dsee was camo pattern, but not their heads. thats the only bad thing i can see with doing this for teams. just a thought.
