While War Lord recovers in his ICU bed, the former Soviet 76th Airborne SGT Igor Dobroff and his renegade Russian Airborne troops join forces with the US-sponsored Chechnyan fighters to take over the embattled 'Wolterstan'.
However, the US 'sponsorship' for Chechnyan fighters has expired.
Chechnyan forces are a combination of military and para-military units from all over the world, including soldiers from Africa, former Soviet satellite republics, and the former Soviet Union. These men believe America would pay them handsomely in return for regional air bases against modern Russia.
