The Charlie Foxtrot Website has been update and I have begun populating the rosters. If your name appears on a roster you have a reserved slot. If I do not have you in the position you desire contact me so it can be corrected.

wow. just WOW. if you havent had a chance to look at the website. take a look at the communication guide and ao maps and symbols

bravo 37, when we get on site will we be getting a game packet? if so, will we have a map with symbols on it?

bnb36 and i signed up as a sniper/spotter team. i'm thinking this may have been a mistake. LOL.

btw they have a lot of slots still open.

We are going to try to provide a laminated map to each team leader and each specialized team along with a symbol guide.  In addition the plan is to provide smoke to each team leader and specialized team.  It is not just a single smoke but four bundled together lit from a single fuse to produce a usable smoke screen, though you may have to use a lighter to get it lit unless I can get some technical difficulties worked out.  You will also receive a set of mission orders though your commander may change those as the scenario develops.  Game start is 2200 hrs 19 Nov, if you can't make it by start time and we will make arrangements.  I plan on have a drawing for some items we have acquired prior to start time.  Gives people the opportunity to use their new toys for the game.  Anyway, if you can't make the drawing I make sure you and Shawn are entered.

Updated the website with pictures and videos for some of the completed props. May have to redo some of the video but you will still get an idea of how the props work.

ROSTER UPDATE:  42 people now are pre-paid and on the roster. The Ariana Scout/Sniper and Sapper Squads are full. Currently there are 27 registered for Ariana and 15 for Corona with PLG and other NPCs we have 58 people confirmed. Thats 9 less than last year.

I feel I should restate the conditions for getting on the official roster.

YOU MUST REGISTER ON THE WEBSITE AND PRE-PAY THE $10 FIELD FEE. IF YOU CAN NOT PRE-PAY ON THE WEBSITE CONTACT ME SO WE CAN WORK IT OUT. ALL SLOTS ARE FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED.

Good day ladies and gentlemen,

We are just over two weeks away from starting OP:AOWII. This is the premier airsoft event in Alabama for 2010. This is the third event is sequence for the past two events, OP: AOWI (Nov. 2009) and OP: Border Wars (Aug. 2010). But if you have not registered and payed the $10 registration fee by November 5th, you we be excluded from the game. You can register here, and you can prepay here. If you believe you have a special circumstance for paying or arriving late you need to contact the Operation Hosts, Bravo 37 and Madrule, to verify your reason's legitimacy. The total field fee is $25, which must be paid in full prior to playing. The pre-pay registration cost is included towards the total amount of $25. The amount was split in your consideration for paying prior to attending if for some reason you unfortunately cannot.

This is in no way a normal game, in that you may show up late. You must be on time! Final sign-in starts at 3:00pm and ends at 8:00pm on Friday, Nov. 19th. If you have special circumstances please PM Bravo 37 your telephone number to contact him so we may be aware of your situation. If you arrive late, your admission will be granted on a case by case basis. Please read the rules and regulations of this event prior to attending so you are properly informed of some of the unique facets.

Special circumstances:
For those of you traveling out of state, you will be granted a grace period but you must to contact us if you think you may arrive late.
For those of you that cannot pre-pay your registration fee via paypal, please contact Bravo 37 to work out your situation.
For those of you that registered have not pre-payed your $10 registration portion of the field fee please do so here.

There has been some issues with Bravo 37's PM account and he has lost his entire in-box. If you have tried contacting him please try again. Alabama Airsoft's administration apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused.
